Lilian Dikmans

Lilian Dikmans is a former lawyer, model, and the founder of Real Food Healthy Body (RFHB). She became the first Australian model to simultaneously compete in Muay Thai.

Dikmans graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) and a Bachelor of Commerce. During her modeling career, she appeared in national and international commercials for brands such as Sony, Kmart, and Ford, and worked with brands including Lululemon and Maybelline New York. In her Muay Thai journey, she compiled a record of 3 wins, 0 losses, and 1 draw.

In addition to her long-standing interest in evidence-based approaches to health, the Melbourne native is a qualified personal trainer, holding Certificates III and IV in Fitness - Australia's nationally recognized credentials for fitness professionals.

After years of experimenting in the kitchen to make healthy eating both simple and enjoyable, Lilian Dikmans created RFHB in 2013 to share her recipes and practical approach to living well.
