Lilian Dikmans

Lilian Dikmans is a former lawyer, model, and the founder of Real Food Healthy Body (RFHB). She became the first Australian model to simultaneously compete in Muay Thai.

In addition to her long-standing interest in evidence-based approaches to health, the Melbourne native is a qualified personal trainer, holding Certificates III and IV in Fitness - Australia's nationally recognized credentials for fitness professionals.

After years of experimenting in the kitchen to make healthy eating both simple and enjoyable, Lilian Dikmans created Real Food Healthy Body to share her recipes and practical approach to living well.
