5 MINUTE PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BALLS

These healthy energy balls are boosted with protein and taste like peanut butter cookie dough.

Add rolled oats, protein powder and chia seeds to a food processor.

STEP 1

Blend until the rolled oats turn into a flour.

STEP 2

Add natural smooth peanut butter to the mixture.

STEP 3

Add brown rice syrup and vanilla extract to sweeten the energy balls.

STEP 4

Start to blend the energy ball mixture.

STEP 5

Scrape down the sides, and pulse until the mixture is well combined.

STEP 6

Get a plate and a cookie dough scoop or spoon.

STEP 7

Use the scoop to portion out the energy balls.

STEP 8

Press the mixture together to compact it.

STEP 9

Roll the energy ball between your hands to smooth it out.

STEP 10

Repeat with the rest of the energy ball mixture.

STEP 11

Enjoy the peanut butter energy balls as a healthy snack or dessert.
