NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BARS

These no bake protein bars are healthy, vegan and taste like dessert.

Start with natural smooth peanut butter.

STEP 1

Add brown rice syrup, coconut oil and vanilla.

STEP 2

Stir the peanut butter mixture until well combined.

STEP 3

Add oat flour, coconut, vegan protein powder and sea salt.

STEP 4

Stir the protein bar mixture until it forms a dough.

STEP 5

Line a square dish or cake tin with baking paper.

STEP 6

Tip the protein bar mixture into the lined dish.

STEP 7

Use a flat-bottomed glass to firmly pack the protein bar mixture.

STEP 8

Chill the protein bar slab in the fridge.

STEP 9

Once firm, drizzle the protein bar slab with melted chocolate.

STEP 10

Sprinkle over crushed nuts while the chocolate is  still wet.

STEP 11

Cut the slab into individual protein bars.

STEP 12

Enjoy the protein bars post-workout or as a healthy snack or dessert.
