Start by mixing gluten-free flour, baking powder and yoghurt.

STEP 1

Lightly flour a clean surface and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into two equal portions

Press the dough into rounds, then brush off excess flour.

STEP 4

Fry the flatbread in a hot pan without oil.

Serve the flatbread as a wrap, with dips or with a meal.
