NO BAKE HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER BARS

These healthy peanut butter bars are no-bake, vegan and made with only 4 ingredients.

Start by mixing natural peanut butter and brown rice syrup in a bowl.

STEP 1

Add coconut flour and mix until you get a soft dough.

STEP 2

Press the peanut butter mixture into a lined cake tin or dish.

STEP 3

Melt dark chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler.

STEP 4

Add natural peanut butter to the melted chocolate, stirring until smooth.

STEP 5

Spread the chocolate mixture over the base, then chill until firm.

STEP 6

Once firm, drizzle with extra melted chocolate.

STEP 7

Sprinkle over some crushed peanuts for decoration.

STEP 8

Cut the slab into 16 bars with a sharp knife.

STEP 9
