VEGAN CHOCOLATE FUDGE FROSTING

This rich and creamy chocolate frosting is healthy, dairy-free and delicious.

Start by adding avocado and cocoa powder into a bowl.

STEP 1

Add maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract and sea salt.

STEP 2

Blend the frosting ingredients with a hand blender.

STEP 3

Keep blending until the frosting is smooth  and creamy.

STEP 4

Spread the vegan frosting generously over cakes, brownies and cupcakes.

The frosting is also delicious as a fudge filling for double layer cakes.
